Meals and dining:

• Breakfast: the form of buffet from 07.00 to 10.00 am
  • Price of breakfast: 14 € / adult, 10 € / child 5-15 years old, 6 € / child 2-4 years old.
• Lunch: menu choice from 12.00 to 05.00 pm
• Afternoon refreshment: the form buffet from 01.00 - 02.30 pm
• Dinner /booked/: served 5-course menu from 06.00 – 09.00 pm
  • Price of dinner when ordering before arrival: 28 € / adult, 18 € / child 5-15 years old, 12 € / child 2-4 years old.
  • Price of dinner when ordering upon arrival: 33 € / adult, 23 € / child 5-15 years, 15 € / child 2-4 years.

In case of any food allergy and you need special preparation of meals, please inform the reception about your special requirements by email at recepcia@hotelchopok.sk or at the arrival. We recommend casual formal dress code for restaurant (gentlemen: long trousers, shoes, ladies: dress, long trousers, formal shoes).

Pricelist for children:

• FREE OF CHARGE children 1,99 years of age and younger with no half-board and no bed 
• Baby cot 4 € / night
• Children 2-4,99 years of age pay the price of an additional bed /40€/night/ and half-board (6€/breakfast, 10 €/dinner). When the child reaches the age of 2yrs. during the stay, an extra bed and meals are charged from the first day of the stay.
• Children 5-15,99 years of age pay the price of an additional bed /40€/night/ and half-board (10 €/breakfast, 16 €/dinner). When the child reaches the age of 5yrs. during the stay, an extra bed and meals are charged from the first day of the stay.
• Children 16 yrs of age and older pay the price of an additional bed /40€/night/ and half-board (14 €/breakfast, 26 €/dinner)

Notes:

• charging an electric cars is free for hotel guests
• Hotel reserves the right to modify prices in case of letting the last rooms. 

Extra charges: 

• 6 € / night / baby cot
• 20 € / stay / room selection
• 40 € / night/ pet /pets are not allowed in the hotel restaurant, bars and in the areas for children/

Pet movement accommodated in the hotel is defined in the hotel accommodation contract 

CHECK IN from 08:00 to 12:00 /check in available in accordance with availability/ 

• 80 € / a room in case of check-in to 08.00 o´clock
• 50 € / a room in case of check-in from 08:00 to 10:00 o´clock
• 30 € / a room in case of check-in from 10:00 to 12:00 o´clock

CHECK OUT from 10:00 to 14:00 /check out available in accordance with availability /

AUTOMATIC EXTRA CHARGE - The extra charge will be charged automatically after the standard time 

check out after 10:00 o´clock

• 20 € / room in case of check out from 10:00 to 11:00 o´clock

EXTRA CHARGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ROOM AVAILABILITY - If you are interested in check out after 11:00 o´clock, please check the room availability       

• 30 € / a room in case of check out from 11:00 to 12:00 o´clock
• 50 € / a room in case of check out from 12:00 to 14:00 o´clock
• 100 % extra charge in accordance with current accommodation price in case of a check out after 14:00 o´clock 

In case of earlier termination of the stay the hotel charges fees in accordance with cancellation policy conditions, see General accommodation conditions on the hotel website. 

Cancellation fee:

• over 28 days prior to check in date of the stay: no charge 
• 28 to 15 days prior to check in date of the stay: 30 % of the price of the ordered services
• 14 to 2 days prior to check in date of the stay: 50 % of the price of the ordered services
• less than 2 days prior to check in date of the stay: 100 % of the price of the ordered services•
